The Informal Discussion Group (IDG) successfully their 43rd session last Tuesday with eminent writer and historian Ramchandra Guha. In a two hour long interactive Q&A session, Guha talked about a variety of issues ranging from his personal journey as a historian to his views on Gandhi-Nehru and modern-day politics.
Mr. Guha, who happens to be an avid follower of cricket, also took on questions from the audience on his chronicling of Indian cricket. Interestingly, while he was extremely about his knowledge of cricket, three days later he was appointed by the Supreme Court to the panel of administrators for the interim governance of Board of Cricket Council of India (BCCI).
