1st WBNUJS - SARAF & PARTNERS Workshop ON INSOLVENCY & BANKRUPTCY CODE

We are glad to announce that NUJS has collaborated with Saraf & Partners Law Offices to conduct a 1-day Workshop on Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code for its students. The course is scheduled to be conducted on 25th February 2023 (Saturday). We believe this would be an excellent opportunity for the students to comprehend the complexities of the code from a practitioner's viewpoint.

The course aims to cover the fundamentals of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code. It would provide the attendees an opportunity to learn the fundamental ideas of the process, the roles of various agencies and bodies within the Code, the liquidation process, certain recent advancements, and developing trends within the Code, among others.

We are delighted to have Mr. Abhishek Swaroop, Partner, and Ms. Megha Rana Ray, Associate at Saraf & Partners Law Offices, deliver this course at NUJS. We are confident that their rich experience in handling complex matters before various forums will be highly enriching for our students.
